Through the booking form at zapotecosairport.com, we collect the following personal data:
- Full name.
- Email address.
- Phone number.
- Name of the hotel or address of your accommodation.
- Flight information (flight number and schedule) to coordinate the transfer.
We do not collect sensitive personal data. For online payment processing, your card details are handled directly by Stripe (see Section 4);
Zapotecos Airport does not store your complete payment information.
3. Purposes of processing
Primary purposes (necessary for the service):
- To manage and confirm your reservation.
- To contact you in order to coordinate the service (pick-up, schedules, flight tracking, changes, or unforeseen events).
- To process payments and, where applicable, issue invoices.
- To respond to your questions, requests, or clarifications.
Secondary purposes (optional):
- To send you information about promotions, new services, or offers from Zapotecos Airport .
If you do not wish your data to be used for the secondary purposes, you may say so at any time by writing to the email address indicated in Section 5. Your refusal will not be grounds for denying you the services you request.
4. Transfer of data to third parties
To process online payments, we share the necessary data with Stripe, our payment service provider, which handles that information in accordance with its own privacy policies and security standards.
Other than the above, we do not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except in the cases provided for by law.
5. How to exercise your ARCO rights
You have the right to Access your personal data, Rectify it when it is inaccurate, Cancel it when you consider it is no longer needed, and Object to its processing (ARCO rights).
You may also revoke the consent you have given.
