1. Company identification
This website and the services offered on it are operated by Zapotecos Airport, a tourist transfer and transportation division.
By booking or contracting any service through zapotecosairport.com, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services we offer
Zapotecos Airport is a tourist transfer and transportation company that provides services exclusively within the state of Oaxaca, Mexico:
- Arrival transfers (airport → hotel or accommodation).
- Departure transfers (hotel or accommodation → airport).
- Round-trip transfers (arrival and departure).
- Shared service and private service, depending on the option contracted.
- Private transfers within Oaxaca (restaurants, events, nearby towns, weddings) and group logistics.
3. Reservations
3.1
3.1. All reservations must be made at least 1 hour before the service time and are subject to operational availability.
Reservations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to the special payment and cancellation conditions set out in Section 4 and in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
3.2
3.2. A reservation is considered confirmed only once the customer receives the corresponding confirmation from Zapotecos Airport and the payment conditions set out in Section 4 have been met.
3.3
3.3. For shared transfers, the service may be coordinated with other passengers and operate within time windows determined by flight scheduling and the route.
4. Prices and payment
4.1
4.1. All prices are stated in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT.
4.2
4.2. The full cost of the service must be paid at least 24 hours before the transfer begins.
For reservations made less than 24 hours in advance, full payment (100%) must be made at the time the reservation is confirmed.
4.3
4.3. Online payments through zapotecosairport.com are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment service provider.
Zapotecos Airport does not store your full card details.
4.4
4.4. An invoice can be issued at the customer’s request by providing their tax information.
5. What the service includes and excludes
5.1
5.1. As a general rule, each transfer includes:
- A private or shared vehicle, depending on the option contracted, in proper condition.
- A licensed driver.
- Real-time flight monitoring.
- Airport access/parking fees (“derecho de piso”).
5.2
5.2. Not included and/or available upon prior request:
- Baby seats or child seats (available upon prior request and subject to availability).
- Driver gratuities.
- Any additional service or stop not contemplated in the original reservation.
5.3
5.3. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the service description before booking in order to know exactly what is included and excluded, and to indicate any special requirements (such as baby seats) at the time of booking.
6. Availability subject to conditions
Service delivery may be affected by air traffic, road traffic, or safety conditions.
Zapotecos Airport monitors flights in real time to adjust for early arrivals or delays, and will inform the customer when circumstances beyond its control prevent the transfer from being carried out as planned, offering the most suitable alternative.
7. Changes and cancellations
Cancellation, refund, and change conditions are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Customer responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Arrive on time at the agreed meeting point or pick-up time.
- Provide accurate contact information and flight details when booking.
- Follow the safety instructions given by the driver during the service.
- Indicate in advance any special requirements (baby seats, bulky luggage, or others).
- Cover, at their own expense, any costs not included in the service, as applicable.
9. Zapotecos Airport ’ responsibility and limitations
9.1
9.1. Zapotecos Airport commits to providing the contracted services in a professional, punctual, and safe manner, with licensed drivers and vehicles in proper condition.
9.2
9.2. Zapotecos Airport will not be held responsible for delays, modifications, or cancellations resulting from force majeure or causes beyond its control (roadblocks, highway accidents, weather conditions, flight delays or cancellations, government regulations, or other contingencies).
In such cases, we will seek to reschedule the service or complete as much of the route as possible.
9.3
9.3. Zapotecos Airport is not responsible for items forgotten or lost through the customer’s own carelessness.
However, if an item is found left behind in our vehicle, Zapotecos Airport will contact the customer using the information provided at the time of booking so it can be picked up at our facilities.
The item will be held for a period of 10 days; after this period, if the customer has not collected it, Zapotecos Airport may dispose of it.
10. Changes to these terms
Zapotecos Airport may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The version in effect will always be the one published at zapotecosairport.com, with its date of last update.
