We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Our refund policy is designed to provide transparency and fairness:
1. Cancellations by the customer
1.1
1.1. Cancellation with full refund: if you cancel at least 24 hours before the service start time, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
1.2
1.2. Cancellation without refund: if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, no refund of the amount paid will be issued.
1.3
1.3. No-show: a no-show occurs when the customer fails to appear at the agreed meeting point or pick-up time, or does not contact Zapotecos Airport to report a delay.
In the event of a no-show, no refund applies.
1.4
1.4. Last-minute reservations: reservations accepted within the 24 hours prior to the service start time are not eligible for any refund, given their proximity to the activity date.
2. Changes to date, time, or number of passengers
2.1
2.1. Changes to the date, time, or number of passengers may be requested; however, they are subject to operational availability.
2.2
2.2. We recommend requesting any change as far in advance as possible.
A change requested less than 24 hours in advance may not be possible, in which case the cancellation conditions in Section 1 will apply.
3. Cancellations or modifications by Zapotecos Airport
3.1
3.1. If Zapotecos Airport cancels a service for reasons of its own, the customer will be offered either rescheduling of the service or a full refund of the amount paid, at the customer’s choice.
3.2
3.2. If a service must be modified or cannot be completed due to force majeure or causes beyond the company’s control (weather conditions, roadblocks, highway accidents, flight delays or cancellations, government regulations, among others), Zapotecos Airport will seek to reschedule the activity or complete as much of the route as possible.
4. How to request a cancellation or change
To cancel or modify a reservation, contact us by email at reservas@zapotecosairport.com or by WhatsApp at +52 951 720 2414, providing your confirmation number or booking details.
The timeframes in the preceding sections are counted from the moment we receive your request.
5. Refund method
When a refund applies, it will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds of online payments processed by Stripe may take 10–15 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
